Our process starts with an initial discovery session, either by email, phone, or video call. After we determine what your business goals are, we’ll send over an official proposal to start work bringing you brand to life online.

Website Mangement

  • Submit website updates per month as you'd like. Maintenance in your monthly management rate includes a designated number of billable hours, with additional hours or work available at $75/hour.

    If we foresee your changes exceeding your monthly allotted hours we’ll contact you before beginning work.

    Monthly hours do not roll over, and reset on the 1st of every month.

  • Broken links, downtime, and malfunctioning forms or widgets can affect your bottom line. We’re always watching to ensure that everything is working the way it’s supposed to. If you catch something that doesn’t look right, we’ll fix the issue quickly.

  • Reach us in whatever way works best for you. We’ll be sure to respond promptly. (Email, Phone, and Text Support)

  • Feel like managing your website content by yourself? Feel free to cancel any time after the first three months.
    *Minimum 3-Month Subscription

  • We won't begin on your project until we receive the initial down payment for your site, which we will discuss in our first conversations.

  • Your website itself can house 400+ pages, however, during the design process we’ll normally create 5-8 for you.

  • Before our agreed upon date for your project, we'll need all of your desired website content. This includes: copy, images, forms and fields, product info (for ecommerce), etc.

    We'll send you a checklist before your designated start date based off of our project scoping discussions.
